Real Estate FAQs

Can I visit lots for sale on my own?

No. An agent must accompany all visitors. Upper Whittemore is a gated, private community. Visitors require either a real estate agent with proper identification or must be a guest of a current owner. The development contains over 10 miles of roads, and professional guidance is important for both safety and orientation.

Which lots are currently for sale?

The Association does not track privately-owned lot sales. To find available properties, visit utahrealestate.com and work with a realtor experienced in the Upper Whittemore Canyon area.

Can you recommend a real estate agent?

It is UWPOA policy not to refer any vendors or service providers, including real estate agents. Existing owners may share personal opinions informally, but the Association makes no official endorsements.

Can you recommend builders or contractors?

The Association does not provide vendor recommendations of any kind. Owners may share personal experiences with prospective residents, but no official endorsements are made.

Where can I get more real estate information?

Prospective buyers should consult with experienced local realtors familiar with mountain property in Utah County for comprehensive, up-to-date answers.
