Current Assessment

For the fiscal year July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027, the UWPOA assessment is $950 per lot.

Billing & Payment Timeline

• Assessment bills are distributed by December 31
• Payments are due January 1
• Accounts become delinquent if unpaid by March 31

Key Policies

• Owners receive bills via email or mail
• Payment is due regardless of whether a statement is received
• Owners must notify the Association of any changes to their address, email, or phone number
• Delinquent accounts incur additional fees and interest charges

New Owners & Title Companies

The Association bills assessments six months in advance. New owners should pay the most recent billing, which may differ from amounts shown in closing statement adjustments. Contact the Association with any questions.
